A former Premier League-winning star is reportedly in talks for a return to England with Ipswich.
Kieran McKenna's side have already made a statement of intent in the January window as they look to survive relegation in their first season back in the top flight.

Matic has made 13 Ligue 1 appearances for Les Gones this season as Pierre Sage's side look to secure a Champions League place.
According to a report from Florian Plettenberg, Ipswich face competition from the likes of Serie A sides Napoli, Florentina and Como in their bid to secure the 36-year-old's signature.
After emerging at Slovakian side Kosice, Matic went on to join Chelsea in 2009 during Carlo Ancelotti's reign at the club.
In his maiden season at Stamford Bridge Matic struggled for first-team opportunities in the Blues' stacked midfield and made just two Premier League appearances, missing out on a winner's medal as the club stormed to the league title.
Matic spent the following season on loan at feeder club Vitesse before spending four years in the Portuguese top flight with Benfica where he was named the league's Player of the Year in 2013.
The following season he returned to the Blues, and went on to make more than a 150 appearances in all competitions, twice winning the Premier League.
After leaving Chelsea for a second time Matic was reunited with Jose Mourinho at Manchester United in a deal worth a reported £40million.
Since departing Old Trafford in 2022 the former Serbia international turned out for Roma and Rennes before joining Lyon.
His current deal at the Parc Olympique Lyonnais is set to expire at the end of next season.
