Daniil Medvedev hilariously sat down during the first set of his game with Alexandre Muller at Wimbledon when it hadn't finished.
Russian star Medvedev, 28, who is ranked at world No 5, was taking on the French outsider on Centre Court on Wednesday afternoon.
Medvedev is known to occasionally be slightly hot-headed and he seemed flustered when the first set wasn't going his way, as it went to a tiebreak.
Muller was causing his opponent plenty of problems and after Medvedev's shot was long to make it 6-3 to the Frenchman, he looked furious as he stormed off to his seat while gesturing and yelling in the direction of his coaches.
As he sat down and picked up his towel, he seemed to communicate to his team again that the set was over when questioned.
However, he quickly realised the tiebreak wasn't over and embarrassingly scurried back to his position on court.
Medvedev's gaffe didn't impact proceedings as Muller would go onto win the tiebreak 7-3.
Medvedev fought back impressively though as he won the next three sets 7-6 (4), 6-4, 7-5 to romp into the third round of the tournament.
Reflecting on his victory, the Russian was relieved but also opened up on how he doesn't enjoy playing in the main arena at Wimbledon.
'It was a great match to be honest,' he said. 'There were moments in the match when it was not as easy as the score would suggest.
'So I’m really happy with my level. I still never lost on No 1 Court so hopefully I can play a lot more matches on this court.
'I said last year before the semi-final that, unfortunately, I have to go to Centre Court and I actually lost.
'This year I got lucky, I managed to practise on Centre before the tournament so maybe it can give me some edge for the future, but for the moment I want to play on Court No 1 and try to win.'
