Crystal Palace will get a rare shot at a major trophy after beating Aston Villa 3-0 to reach the FA Cup final.

The Eagles are into their third FA Cup final in their history, and their first since 2016, as they seek a maiden major trophy.

Eberechi Eze scored a stunner in the first half before Ismaila Sarr stole the show in the second with two goals to shock Unai Emery's Villa, who were favourites to progress.

Jean-Philippe Mateta also hit the post from the penalty spot after Boubacar kamara brought down Eze, shortly before Sarr's first goal.

'It's a special day. I'm grateful to God for the opportunity to play here today and win,' Eze told BBC Sport.

'We've showed performances like this all the time and proved we're not worried or fearful about facing anyone.'
